“All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”
(J.R.R. Tolkien)
I am encouraging my clients to ask the right questions.
We are the authors of our own stories. The real challenge of being a leader is to tell our stories in a way that they become compelling enough for others to use them as their own… As a companion to leaders and management teams,
I invite them to be more conscious and self-confident owners of their own stories, of their own lives.

EXPERIENCE
I have been a consultant throughout the most of my professional career. After graduating from Corvinus University (previously BUES) as an economist – with a specialization in management and organizations, and philosophy – I did my PhD on the field of cross-cultural management. In my first job I worked as a Knowledge Management Officer at MOL. After that I joined TMI, a training company, and started to build up the OD consulting business. I spent 16 years at TMI, later GROW Group – one of Hungary’s biggest and most prestigious Organization and Management Development Consulting groups – in different positions as Partner, Head of Consulting BU and group level Strategy and Knowledge Management Officer. In the last two years I was leading the Human Capital consulting practice within PwC Hungary.
As a consultant my fields of expertise include HR consulting, complex leadership development, organizational culture development as well as talent management projects, as trainer first of all general management-, leadership-, team- and trainer development courses. Since 2009 I work as a leadership and executive coach as well.
As a lecturer I used to teach at the Corvinus University on different topics, like Management & Organization, Knowledge Management, Organizational Theory, Change Management, Spiritual Leadership.

EXPERIENCE
I have been a consultant throughout my professional career. After graduating from ELTE as a psychologist – with a specialization in organizational studies – I started working as a PR consultant. For a couple of years I had been working as a talent management consultant at an international HR consulting agency. Competency modelling, and assessment/development centers aligned well with my ever-present interest in applied research. From talent management I have moved on to become a consultant – later research director – of a market leading Hungarian OD consultancy firm for 9 years. I had the opportunity to work with all kinds of clients in challenging situations. Now I lead a diverse professional practice including personal development, specialized experiential teaching, foresight engagements and the distribution of PCM® – Process Communication Model – in Hungary. I had been the Vice-President of Research at EMCC International – Europe’s largest professional body of coaches & mentors for 3 years, which volunteer role has provided me with an international leadership experience and a cultural perspective too.

EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Council
The EMCC exists to promote good and next practices in the fields of coaching, mentoring and supervision. As a professional body it has quality assurance and professional development on its main flags. I do support EMCC’s goals, and I follow the Global Code of Ethics as a professional. I have received my individual accreditation – Master Practitioner – from EMCC, and I have been working as a volunteer for EMCC for long time. I was the International Vice-President of Research of EMCC, taking care of the promotion of evidence-based practices in this profession, and now I work with the Hungarian board of EMCC to support the growth of quality coaching in Hungary.
PCM® – Process Communication Model
PCM® is a practically valid theory of personal interactions, providing practical tools for self-development and cooperation development. As a psychologist and consultant I have seen and got certified in a number of tools. For me PCM® is the one that offers all I need: amazing theoretical background, observable outcomes and easy application. I am a fan of PCM®. Currently I am leading the distribution of PCM® in Hungary , part of the European Partner Network. I am in charge with the „train-the-trainer” and „train-the-coach” programs in Hungary.

“O me! O life!… of the questions of these recurring; of the endless trains of the faithless… of cities filled with the foolish; what good amid these, O me, O life?” (Walt Whitman) Answer. That you are here — that life exists, and identity; that the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse.
EXPERIENCE
After high school graduation I started my university years in Moscow. Though they had not been years, because this period had already been completed after the first semester according to the “wish” of the university. It was in 1989, which is a memorable year in the countries of the former East Bloc…
Since then I finished my studies from geology at ELTE, then from economics at CORVINUS, and later I gained accreditation from change management and project management (CHAMP program). I started my professional career in the oil industry, where I could try myself in oil exploration, project portfolio management, but finally, at the end of the last millennium, I changed to HR. This “beautiful” relationship has being held since then in different positions of companies with different profiles (banking sector, printing industry, transport sector, media, city management) encompassing almost the entire spectrum and verticals of the HR profession.
Although I have been managing small and large HR organizations, HR project teams, HR change processes at companies of various profiles for nearly two decades, I do not consider myself “HR expert” or “HR manager”. I’m a problem-solving change manager whose specialty is the HR! I do strive for a perfect harmony, balance between the working human beings and the environment surrounding them.
My hobby and my spare time are “HR focused” too: my four sons, who take care of spending my free time…

“Music reaches such archetypical depths, that is rarely achieved by mere analytical work.” C. G. Jung
I have been a musician and a producer since the age of 15. Throughout Europe, America and Asia, I have organised several thousand concerts at the most prestigious concert halls and festivals, as musician and producer of the Bolyki Brothers Ensemble and the Ferenc Erkel Chamber Orchestra.
In 2010 I was co-founder of Kaposfest, one of Hungary’s most esteemed classical music festivals, which I still manage today. In 2018 I was invited to manage the world-famous Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra.
For several decades, during my artistic life, I have worked in productions, where three fellow musicians are sitting within two square meters. There is no other workplace, where colleagues are forced to work so close to each other. And what is even more important: besides the physical proximity, we must be able to spiritually be in tune with one another, as that is the only way to create the artistic experience. Thus, we must learn to accept each other and find harmony, which is the basis of collective creation.
This is the focus of the musical training, which we developed for Innovators. The method, as well as its effects, differ from all other trainings, making it truly one of a kind in the market.
I am pleased to know, that with our musical training, we managed to find the path, through which the most effective artistic tools can be used to achieve the best results in the business world.
